President Biden spoke in Buffalo, New York… a city wounded by racial hate and deadly violence.  Saturday’s mass shooting at a grocery store in the city’s black community has spread a dark stain on this country’s checkered history of imperfect race relations.  The attack… called domestic terrorism by the President… is a reminder of the threat that looms for black people in America.
