Safety and Security for Counter-Protesters at the Unite The Right Rally

Separate but equal.  Authorities are hoping to achieve that balancing act this weekend as various groups with very different viewpoints converge on the nation’s capital.  How can police prevent a Charlottesville disaster while at the same time allowing the Unite the Right and counter protesters to exercise their first amendment rights?
