Friends of Carter Barron Foundation for the Performing Arts presents a Black-tie Public Awareness and Awards Affair April 10that 7pm at the Howard Theater in NW DC featuring the Legendary Temptations.  This is a fundraiser to help cover the costs to reopen the Carter Barron Amphitheater.
