This Morning on Taking it to the Streets

This morning on “Taking it to the Streets” my guest will be John K. Jenkins, Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Upper Marlboro

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke about his four little children one day living in a nation, where they would not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. WHUR is asking you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., at our annual town hall meeting. This year’s theme is, Dr. King Day, “Beyond the Color of Our Skin,” and it’s happening at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, located at 600 Watkins Park Drive in Upper Marlboro. It will take place this morning, January 19th at 10am.

Tune into Taking it to the Streets weekday mornings at, 6:46am, 7:13am and at 8:13am on the Steve Harvey morning show.
