• The question this weekend is, are you ready for some Football? That’s right the 2015-16 NFL season starts tonight with The New England Patriots taking on the Pittsburg Steelers tonight on NBC at 8:30.

• If you are looking for some adult fun, you can come hang out the Triscina Grey tonight for the “After Work Summer Jam” at the lounge at Colony South in Clinton Maryland. The party starts at 6pm, and you can enjoy live entertainment, drink specials, and bar bites.

• Now, on Saturday Triscina Grey will be at the Cricket store at 5522 Georgia Ave in Northwest DC from noon to 2pm. So come out and see what Cricket has to offer.

• The Howard University Center for Sickle Cell Disease is hosting its 9th Annual Stomp Out Sickle Cell Walk. That’s this Saturday, September 12th on the National Mall. To register, visit

• Also on Saturday, join Bobby Gailes as he host’s the annual “Rectify the Race 2015″ 5K Run/Walk at Lake Artemesia in Greenbelt, Maryland. More information at

• The Manhattans with Gerald Alston will be at the Birchmere Saturday night for a night of classic soul starting at 7:30

• Mr. Funny Man Tony Roberts will be at the DC Improv starting tonight and he will be there until Sunday. So pick a day and check him out.

• And finally, Sunday the Washington’s Football team will have it home opener against the Miami Dolphins. Kick off will be at 1pm. So this will be Kirk Cousins team this year and we will all see how this year turns out.
