Taking it to the Streets Weekend Haps

• This weekend is going to be full of exciting concerts starting off with Friday night the 70’s Soul Sound featuring the Temptation Review with Dennis Edwards, Bloodstone, Black Ivory, and The Jones Girls at Constitution Hall at 7:30.

• Oleta Adams will be at the Birchmere this Friday at 7:30 for a great night of food and entertainment, the door open at 6pm.

• Teedra Moses will be at the Bethesda Blues and Jazz supper club Friday for an unbelievable show. The show starts a 8 up be there early for their great dinner menu.

• The legendary Stephanie Mills will be at the Legendary Howard theatre this Saturday for a one-night event you can’t miss. Show starts at 8pm

• And if you are looking for a laugh Wanda Sykes will be at the Warner theatre Saturday and Sunday. Both shows start at 8pm.

• On Saturday, the Hopkins House will host its annual fundraiser entitled “A Chocoholic Evening” Masquerade Ball at the Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria from 7pm to 11pm

• The Taste of H Auction is Sunday, November 8th from 6pm to 10pm at the Atlas Performing Arts Center on H Street, NE. This is a fundraiser to benefit J.O Wilson Elementary School.
