  • Tomorrow /Friday join our own Triscina Grey for “Funky Fitness First Fridays” at the Deanwood Recreation Center. It all kicks off at 5pm. So bring your workout gear and let’s all get healthy.
  • Also this Friday/Tomorrow join Fitness Friday host Darryl Haley for “Music at The Monument” at the Sylvan Theatre for Healty Parks, Healthy People from 5-8pm. There will be live performances, so come on out and relax on the grounds of the Washington Monument.
  • On Friday, Jazz legend Ronnie Laws will be at the Bethesda Blues and Jazz supper Club doors open at 6, show time is 8pm.
