Jemele Hill Bids Farewell To ESPN

Jemele Hill announced Friday that she is in fact parting ways with ESPN. Hill made the announcement via Twitter. “This was the place where I became the best version of myself, both personally and professionally,” she wrote. “However, the time has come for me to begin a new chapter in my life.”

There has been a lot of speculation regarding her job since she was suspended for two weeks after speaking out against Trump. She called him a “white supremacist” last September and it’s been a tumultuous relationship ever since.

We’re looking forward to seeing what’s next for the talented journalist. Keep ya head up Jemele.
