NMAAHC Extends “Walk up Wednesdays” In May

Contributed by Brittani Riddle

The National Museum of African-American History and Culture has extended its “Walk up Wednesdays” program. For every Wednesday during the month of May, visitors can come to the museum without passes. The program was successful in April, with the total number of visitors outpacing the Saturday crowds.

Advanced passes are still required during other days of the week. Same day passes are distributed at 6:30 a.m. via the museum’s website. Learn more here.
