Omarosa Manigault Resigns From Position at The White House?

CNN is reporting Omarosa Manigault Newman resigned from her position at the White House Tuesday, according to White House press secretary Sarah Sanders.

“Omarosa Manigault Newman resigned yesterday to pursue other opportunities,” Sanders said. “Her departure will not be effective until January 20, 2018. We wish her the best in future endeavors and are grateful for her service.”

Manigault Newman is leaving her position basically a year to the day Trump hired her to work under his administrator. Insiders claim her departure was in the works for quite some time.

“It was her loyalty and friendship with Trump that kept her there for longer than anyone expected,” one source told CNN.

Reporter April Ryan tweeted that Omarosa did not resign but was escorted off the White House campus:
