Conversation with Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker as he prepares to leave office.

Rushern Baker was elected as Prince George’s county executive in 2009 and promised to clean up the office, vacated under a dark cloud of corruption and questionable ethics.  He also hoped to leave as the democratic nominee for Maryland governor.  The last part didn’t happen.  As he prepares to transition out of office, we sit down with him to look back at his administration and to find out what’s next.
