DC Police have released information about a missing teen. 13-year-old Tyonna
Jackson was last seen on Saturday in the 1900 block of Savannah Terrace in S.E.

Fire displaces 30 people at a Fort Washington apartment complex…

While others were jumping out, one man’s decision to climb back in is credited with saving lives. A fire broke out yesterday morning in Prince George’s County at the Glen Rock Landing Apartments on Corning Ave in Fort Washington. Chivias Thompson says he climbed down from his apartment balcony with one baby and then climbed back up the balcony to rescue his girlfriend’s other baby. Others had to be rescued by firefighters while others jumped to safety, including an 80-year-old woman. One witness says a woman tossed her babies from her balcony to rescuers below. Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Lawmakers work to avert a Gov’t shutdown on Friday…

Congress is back on the clock today as lawmakers return from their two-week spring break. The federal government runs out of money at week’s end without an agreement to extend funding. Trump is expected to unveil a sweeping tax reform proposal Wednesday and is scheduled to hold a news conference on veterans issues Thursday.
