“Get Off Your Buns And Move” with Triscina Grey during the Mid-Day

Every hour during my show I will be playing a “Get Off Your Buns And Move” jam to help you to get up, dance, walk, stretch and just move your body.

Below are simple stretches you can do at your desk to help relieve neck and shoulder stiffness.

Sitting is becoming the latest health hazard, according to many studies, showing that being sedentary for hours at a time increases your risk of diabetes, heart disease and obesity.

We want you to be involved and get your friends and co-workers involved as well.  We also need your help to pick which songs to play that will motivate you to “Get Off Your Buns And Move.”

We also want you to post pics of yourself, your co-workers and friends to our facebook page or post them on Instagram using #GetOffYourBunsAndMove.

The photos below are of me with WHUR staff, Glinder and Pat showing you how we Get Off Our Buns And Move.”

Keep listening and I’ll keep reminding you when it’s time to “Get Off Your Buns And Move.”
