The Weekend Review ft. Anthony Hamilton

The Weekend Review will present another special Mini Concert Series featuring the music of R&B singer, songwriter, producer and performer Anthony Hamilton.

Anthony Hamilton, a native of Charlotte, NC has been compared to legend vocalists such as Bill Withers and Bobby Womack. After some touring with the D’Angelo and singing back up for artist such as 2Pac and Eve, Anthony’s lead on the Nappy Roots song, “Po Folks” brought the exposure he needed and led to Jermaine Dupri signing him to his So So Def label.

Some of Anthony’s hits include, “Comin’ From Where I’m From”, “The Point of it All”, and  “Charlene”, just to name a few.

The Weekend Review airs Saturday evenings on Sirius XM Channel 141 from 9pm – 11pm on 96.3 WHUR, Sunday mornings from 12 midnight – 2am and on Sunday evenings from 8pm-10pm on WHUR World 96.3 HD-2 or at
