New Scooter Regulations Coming To DC?

DC is considering tougher scooter regulations. A bill has been introduced in the DC council.

New rules for electric scooters in the District could be on the way. A city council bill introduced yesterday would ban people from riding scooters in the city from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., create speed restrictions and require operators to provide a 24-hour number to report illegally parked scooters and require companies to respond within three hours to move its scooters.
