Finishing unfinished business.  The DC Office of the State Superintendent of Educationis hosting its 5thAnnual Adult College Completion Fair. It’s targeting adult learners who are interested in going to college for the first time or returning to college to complete that degree.  My guest is Hanseul Kang – State Superintendent of Schools for the District.
