Two teenage girls, 13 and 15, charged with carjacking and murder were back in a DC court today. Both charged as juveniles in the death of an Uber Eats driver. Last friday, a pair of 13-year-olds allegedly committed two carjackings on K Street, NW. Earlier this month, four people including two juveniles were arrested and charged with dozens of robberies and carjackings from Virginia to Maryland.
