Black On the Block is April 23rd thru 25th. The event is sponsored by the Pearl Elegance Foundation along with the Community Action Awards. It is a weekend expo that focuses on educating the black community on entrepreneurship, supporting lock black businesses thru an in-person Black Market. For more information go here:
