The opioid crisis continues to ravage our community. This morning there’s an event coming up designed to enhance efforts to combat the crisis and uplift those who are on the frontlines fighting the battle. It’s called the Peer Summit with Peers Reaching Out to Peers and it’s hosted by the Howard University Urban Health Initiative at Anacostia Park.
