MN Ex-Cop Trial Jury Enters Day Three

Jurors are deciding the fate of Kim Potter.

(Minneapolis, MN) — It’s day three of verdict watch in the manslaughter trial of a former Minnesota police officer charged with killing an unarmed Black man during a traffic stop. Jurors are deciding the fate of Kim Potter who claims she mistakenly used her gun instead of her taser on Daunte Wright during a traffic stop arrest in April. They indicated they could be deadlocked Tuesday night, asking what happens if they can’t reach a consensus.
