The Omicron variant of the coronavirus appears to spreading like wildfire, albeit with apparently less lethal force, yet the U.S. is hitting record daily positive case numbers. The CDC has relaxed isolation requirements from 10 to 5 days for those testing positive for the virus. Still, ;Covid-19 continues to affect every facet of our everyday lives.
