Heart disease is the leading cause of the death among men and women in the United States. The disease hits the African American community especially hard. In adequate health care and healthy food options plays a significant role in the high heart disease numbers in black communities. February is Healthy Heart Month and in this Insight segment we discuss measures to have the healthiest heart possible.
