Earlier this month, 42-year-old Sedrick Miller was shot to death in Northeast DC. But he was not alone. He was holding a car seat with one of his children in it. He was also holding the hand of his five year old. The children were not hurt. Or were they? We take a look at how traumatic events witnessed by the very young impact them now and much later in life. Can we do anything about it?
