NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION BEGINS ON OR ABOUT JULY 18, 2022 AND ENDS ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 (THE “PROMOTION PERIOD”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, any prize-related activity and/or the Promotion.

There are two ways to enter for a chance to win one of 51 WHUR Family Vacations to WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT.

To enter, listeners of 96.3 WHUR radio (“Promoter/Sponsor”), from within the territory, must log on to the WHUR-FM website (WHUR.COM) to enter for a chance to win (1) Grand Prize Package. The maximum number of web entries per person is one (1) per day. There will be a total of one Grand Prize Winner (GPW) offered on WHUR.COM. Sweepstakes and is open only to individuals who are (i) residents of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, (ii) 18 years of age or older on the date of entry, as shown on a valid driver’s license or other means of identification with photo issued by a government agency, public or private school indicating the individual’s residential address, and (iii) have Internet access. The maximum number of web entries per person is one (1) per day. The maximum number of GPW is one (1).

On WHUR.COM and wherever WHUR promotes in person for a chance to instantly qualify for a chance to win:

(a) Qualifiers, Winners and their travel companions must hold valid U.S. IDs to travel. Entries must contain the entrant’s name, and date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Entries without this information will be considered invalid. Promoter will be the sole judge of which entries are valid entries, and Promoter’s decision and selection will be final. Incomplete entries and entries with information reasonably determined by Promoter (in its sole discretion) to contain false information, will not be valid. Each entrant is responsible for providing accurate information as to his/her residential mailing address and how he/she may be contacted via e-mail.

(b) Employees of the WHUR-FM, Howard University, Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and service agencies, and participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

(c) Only one entry per person/email address/household is permitted per day. If multiple entries are received per day from the same person/ email address/household, only the first entry will be considered.

Odds of Winning: All Qualifiers will be determined by random drawing from among daily valid entries received from eligible participants. The odds of winning on the air or the Grand Prize depend on the number of valid entries received from eligible participants.

Prize Winner Selection: Between July 16, 2022 and September 30, 2022 Promoter will determine which entries are valid entries and will randomly select one GPW from the pool of the valid entries. The GPW will be announced on-air on or about September 30, 2022 by Frank Ski and Nina Brown in the afternoon between 3pm and 7pm/EST.  The winner will also be notified by E-mail and/or by telephone. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 48 hours of attempted notification, or if any Prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a Prize, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

(c) entries that are lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor/Promoter servers or elsewhere, and all such entries will not be eligible;

(d) any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or from an entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize;

(e) any damage to an entrant’s computer system that is occasioned by accessing the websites identified in these Official Rules or by participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; or

(d) any hotel or air accommodation (or hotel or air-related amenity) that is cancelled, postponed, delayed, diverted, or terminated due to fire; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; bad weather, act of God or public enemy; equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; war (declared or undeclared); terrorist threat or activity; or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation; order of any court or

jurisdiction; or other cause not reasonably within such Sponsor/Promoter Entity’s control, and in the event of any such occurrence, the Prize winners will not be entitled to any substitute prize(s) or monetary entitlement.

Sponsor Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, as to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Miscellaneous:

(a) Sponsor/Promoter, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor/Promoter further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor/Promoter which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor/ Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes.

(b) Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the Prize and to the use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void except in the Territory, and void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Prizes shall be awarded only to the individuals identified as Prize winners and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other merchandise, except that Sponsor, in its discretion, may substitute or exchange a prize of equal or greater value for a Prize. All entries become the property of Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.

(c) Winners are required to sign a liability/publicity release within15 days after notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify the Prize winner’s consent that Sponsor/Promoter may use the Prize winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, photographs and written statements about the Sweepstakes, the Prize and about Promoter for promotional purposes in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without payment or consideration. Travel companions may also be required to sign a liability/publicity release.

(d) “GPW” and their travel companions are required to have a valid ID in preparation for travel. (e) By participating, entrants agree: (i) to the terms of the Official Sweepstakes Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor/Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (ii) to release, discharge and hold harmless all Sponsor Entities from all liability, claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with, their participation in this Sweepstakes and the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize; and (iii) that

by accepting and using the Prize, their name and/or likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation or liability.

(f) Any and all disputes relating to this Sweepstakes and/or any Prize shall be governed by the internal laws of the District of Columbia (without resort to its rules regarding conflicts of law). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for resolution of all such disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.

(g) The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

All other charges and items not otherwise described above.

Winning vacation rules include, but are not limited to:

•Vacation(s) must be taken between 5/22/2022 and 9/30/2023.

•Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply.

•Vacation(s) is/are for the winner(s) of the sweepstakes/contest and three (3) guests OR (7) guests of the winner’s choosing.

•Vacation(s) and vacation components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Vacation(s) is/are not redeemable for cash.
