This week it is Kwanzaa. The holiday where African and African American culture is celebrated with a focus on seven core principles. Wednesday, day three, is Ujima, the principle of Collective Work and Responsibility. Thursday is Ujamaa, meaning Cooperative Economics. Tonight, we focus on those two principles, placing a spotlight on the responsibility to help our communities and businesses grow.
