(Alexandria, VA) — It’s been three long years, but the Alexandria Black History Museum officially reopens to the public tomorrow. The attraction shut down like everyplace else when Covid hit in 2020, so officials decided to use the downtime to tackle some planned renovations. They took a little longer to complete thanks to a basement flood mid-pandemic, but now all the building upgrades are done and some new exhibit space has been added as well. The Alexandria Black History Museum will be open Thursdays through Sundays, starting at 11:00 tomorrow morning.
