Father’s Day is two Sundays away. This Sunday, Prince George’s County At-Large Councilmember Mel Franklin is calling on father’s to speak up and stand up. He’s hosting the 1000 Fathers Rally For Peace In Prince George’s County. That event is offering an array of services for the men. Franklin is also asking the men to do something as well.
