UPDATE:

Randy Morris was seen by WBAL-TV photographer Mac Finney, while working on the story of the escaped convict. Morris was arrested by the police at Market Place and Baltimore Street an hour after being spotted.

On Wednesday around 8:30 am, Randy Morris, an inmate in custody for burglary, escaped from a transport van in the area of Dorsey Run Road and Route 32.

The Howard County, Anne Arundel County, and Maryland State police departments are now searching for him on foot and with drones.

Morris is described as being 5-foot-9, weighing between 130 and 140 pounds, bald with a beard, and last seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts. He is no longer wearing handcuffs or shackles.

The police are asking if anyone sees Morris, to call 911.
