(Washington, DC) — A former Capitol police officer who testified before a House Committee investigating the Capitol riot is now running for Congress. The district covers parts of Anne Arundel and Carroll counties as well as all of Howard County. Dunn says he’s running to make sure a similar attack by extremists never happens again.
