Police are asking for the publics help in solving a violent beating. Tuesday night around 8 a woman was found by officers on Quincy Place in Northeast. She have been savagely attacked.
Police have identified the woman as Stephanie Harris. The victim suffered serious injuries including brain damage, a collapsed lung and a broken neck. Harris is currently conscious and under a doctor’s care at Medstar Hospital Centers.
Investigators are hoping if anyone knows something or seen something they contact police.
