In DC it is legal to have small amounts of marijuana for recreational use. But you still can’t buy it for that purpose legally. DC Mayor Muriel Bowser wants to see recreational marijuana sold and taxed in 18 months. While that remains to be seen… what we are seeing is a growing medical marijuana business in the district?
