The bodies of an engaged couple from Upper Marlboro have arrived in the DC area after they died at a vacation resort in the Dominican Republic. 63-year-old Edward Holmes and 50-year-old Cynthia Day were both found dead in their room at the Bahia Principe resort in Punta Cana last month. At least six Americans, vacationing at Dominican Republic resorts have died under suspicious circumstances over the past year. Three of them in recent months.
