DC police are investigating a shooting inside the 3rd street tunnel. One person is in critical condition. Police are calling it an incident of road rage. Authorities say the shooting took place around 3 o’clock this afternoon. Officials are searching for a gray Honda Accord with a bike rack. Police say a man and woman were inside that car, and believe that man was the shooter. North bound traffic in the tunnel has been shutdown.
