The Reverend Dr. Willie Wilson is a pastor, political leader, social justice influencer, and part of DC’s living history. He has shepherded the faithful flock of worshipers at Union Temple Baptist Church for nearly 50 years. This will be his last year as senior pastor there. He’s retiring and passing the torch to his daughter, Reverend Dr. Anika Wilson-Brown. We talk to Rev. Wilson about his leadership, perspective and legacy.
