Letting Go and Leaving Things Behind In 2020

How do you leave the dark parts of 2020 as you move forward into 2021.

There are just two days left in 2020 and there are many who would happily say good riddence.But can you without making a conscious effort to let some things go, to leave some things behind.  This isn’t abou New Year’s resolutions.  This is about  deep-seated things that creeped up this year. What are those things for you?  Can you turn the page from 2020? How do you do that?
