X-Factor has seen some amazing voices audition at their show. After 17 years on air, the show has been cancelled.

The popular TV series ‘The X Factor’ has been canceled after being on air for 17 years. The ‘X Factor’ was created by Simon Cowell and was a British reality television music competition show for singers that initially premiered in 2004.

At the start of last year, it was announced that the show would be taking a break during the pandemic but would return in 2021. However, it looks like the series won’t be coming back after all. Recently a spokesperson for the U.K. broadcaster ITV revealed to Variety that ‘The X Factor’ will not be returning for another season.

They shared “There are no current plans for the next series of ‘The X Factor’ at this stage.”

Groups such as One Direction, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony and more all got their starts on the show.
