This has been a violent week in the DMV. A ten-year-old girl… shot by a stray bullet on Mother’s Day while riding in the car with her family. She died two days later. A 17-year-old student shot to death in the parking lot of Theodore Roosevelt High School. An 18-year-old shot to death at the Wheaton Metro station. It goes on and on. We talk about the problem but we hope to address solutions to deadly juvenile violence.
