A Prince George’s County Police Officer Is Set To Admit To Prostitution With Transgender Victims In DC

A DC police officer was also implicated in this case. He has not been identified.

At 9:30 this morning in DC Superior Court a Prince George’s County Police officer will admit to prostitution.

Officer Ian Lucas who is currently suspended with pay is expected to plead guilty to the charges according to a deal reached with the prosecution.

A year ago Lucas was accused of using his authority as a police officer to force transgender prostitutes in DC to perform sex acts on him. Two transgender victims who were given immunity to testify against him spoke to police. The acts happened in Northeast and in one case it was videotaped inside of a Prince George’s County Police cruiser in DC.

A DC police officer was also implicated in this case. He has not been identified. What we do know is that he is a Veteran Luetenient with the force. No charges have been filed against him. He, however, is still working but he can not have contact with the public.

Fox 5 has released images of a man apparently wearing a DC Police black polo with his pants down and a person performing an act on him. The victims say they were threatened with arrest if they didn’t comply with their request.
