Biden Tests Positive 2nd Time for COVID

#BREAKING – In what doctors are calling a rare rebound case, President Joe Biden has tested positive  again for the coronavirus.  The positive result comes nearly three days after Biden was cleared to exit from his first COVID isolation.  The White House says the President is feeling fine and has no symptoms.  He will again isolate for five days.
