Black Women Serving on Federal Appeals Courts to Double Under Joe Biden

The number of Black women serving on federal appeals courts is set to double under President Joe Biden.
There are currently four Black women on federal appeals courts and if confirmed, Biden’s nominees would bring that number to eight.
If all Biden’s picks are appointed and none retire, it would be the largest number of Black women in history to serve on an appellate court at one time.
How would you grade President Biden on diversity so far?
