A tornado warning was issued in Frederick earlier today. 60-70 mile an hour winds hit that area. But no major damage reported. Meantime, cleanup underway following last night’s tornados that touched down in parts of our area with reported wind gusts as strong as 105 miles per hour. Crews at this hour removing downed trees and repairing damaged power lines in Gaithersburg and Poolesville, areas that were hit hardest.
