Her name is Roda Bashe. She’s a social media influencer from Houston, Texas. But earlier this week, she posted a video from a hospital emergency room. She says a man hit her in the face with a brick after she refused to give him her phone number. In the video, one side of her face is severely swollen and distorted. Since the video was posted more than 35-thousand dollars has been raised to pay for medical bills and counseling. We’re going to offer some counseling of sorts to those who might seek to respond inappropriately to rejection.
