(Brunswick, GA) — Three white men have been found guilty in the federal hate crimes trial connected to Ahmaud Arbery’s death in Georgia. The men were already convicted of chasing and shooting Arbery two years ago while he was jogging and they’re serving life sentences. The hate crimes charges carry a maximum penalty of life in prison. Travis McMichael, his father Gregory McMichael, and their neighbor William “Roddie” Bryan now face additional sentences and heavy fines.
