Former DC Councilman Jack Evans will run for his Ward 2 seat again, this according to reports from NBC4 Washington. Evans has apparently picked up the proper paper work to enter the June primary. Evans is still under federal investigation for ethics violations. Evans resigned from the City Council on January 17th before the Council took official action to dismiss him for ethical violations.
