Long lines are expected to start in Maryland tonight as the state is hours away from legalizing marijuana. Dispensaries are bracing for massive demand tomorrow. The Montgomery County Police chief says his officers have been preparing for years, doing weed labs with medical marijuana license holders. He reminds it’s not only illegal to drive high, but smoking isn’t allowed in public places like parks, schools, or sidewalks.
