Medical Monday: Your Heart Health

February is American Heart Month and a reminder for all of us to focus on our heart health.
According to the CDC, it remains the leading cause of death for men, women, and people of most racial and ethnic groups in America. One person dies every 33 seconds in the United States from cardiovascular disease. Why is that? We’re talking about it on this Medical Monday.
