Prince George’s County Public Schools has a new CEO. Millard House II, the Superintendent of the Houston (Texas) Independent School district, has been tapped as the new school chief for the second largest school district in Maryland. House will replace Dr. Monica Goldson who announced her retirement earlier this year after a tumultuous relationship with the Prince George’s County School Board.

House official stepped down from his position in Houston on May 26th. An official announcement is expected tomorrow by Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks.
