{UPDATE} Search For Hit-And-Run Drivers After Deadly I-95 Crash

An SUV was the third to strike him but that driver stopped.

UPDATE:

According to CBS, “investigators believe they are looking for a driver of a black 2009 Nissan Altima with New Jersey tags P92NJE struck Ceasar Alfred Charles Burke and left the scene. Burke was declared dead on the scene.”

Maryland State Police, declared that the victim was only struck twice. One initially by the Nissan Altima, that fled the scene. The second by the Honda CR-V, which stopped.

It’s believed he was talking to a woman outside their car on the shoulder. When she walked away, he went after her and got hit by a car. That driver kept going as did a truck that followed. An SUV was the third to strike him but that driver stopped.
