(Washington, DC) — Reports say a Secret Service agent tasked with protecting President Biden’s granddaughter fired shots at suspects attempting to break into an unmarked agency vehicle. CNN reports the agent involved was assigned to Naomi Biden’s detail. Secret Service agents saw three people breaking a window on a parked and unoccupied vehicle in Georgetown late Sunday night. The federal agent opened fire and the suspects left the scene in a vehicle. The agency says no one was hit and the incident is under investigation.
