The man was picked up in the nation’s capital overnight, walking along Pennsylvania Avenue and is currently being interviewed by police. The arrest comes after DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and New York City Mayor Eric Adams released photos yesterday of a suspect in attacks on the homeless in both cities, including two murders.
